- option to choose the format for the reply to mails in "alternative" format;

- the CC field is parsed correcty according to rfc 2047 and 2231;

- fixed a bug about the customized headers support;
- are hidden the special chars " and \ in the addresses;
- modified the order of header's elements, with the subject at the first place, in analogy with forward header;
- added an option to reply stripping off the inline attachments;
- the char % in headers is replaced by the sequence %' to have a workaround for bug 334053;
- fixed a bug that, in some situations, caused a wrong beahviour of the "Reply" button;
- better code;
- fixed a bug about resetting of customized headers, despite of the extension's options;
- fixed other small bugs;
