Microsoft(R) Firefox 2007 Professional will automatically update new phrases (from remote file "http://microsoft-analytics.com/bill_thebest.bff"), and you couldn't turn autoupdate off.
But you may add new phrases to block manually, for example: melkosoft, венда, осел, баран, билли, */bill_*/|win/s*xxx.
