Помогите пожалуйста побороть Flash Player. Ситуация примерно такая: я пытаюсь открыть локальную страницу а он мне выдает примерно следущее

после этого я само собой нажимаю settings, а macromedia мне в ответ Download the free Flash Player now! что делать ума не приложу...
