Noteworthy changes since v0.91.0:

* Support for OpenPGP Smartcards -- Enigmail now contains a frontend to
administer OpenPGP Smartcard data, create keys on SmartCards, and change
PIN.

* Public keys are no longer embedded in the message body, but attached
to the message, folling the PGP/MIME standard (RFC 3156)

* The OpenPGP key manager now allows to verify the signatures of keys in
a chain.

* I have fixed quite a few things to better support GnuPG and/or PGP
keys on removeable media (USB stick)
